Practitioners can kick, hit, push and pull the dummy with as much power as they can. The features of a wooden dummy are: it consists of a thick post with three arms and a bend leg. The two wooden arms represent high attacks while the lower arm represent middle attacks. The forward bend leg represents the leg of a human with main point the knee.
